Ad Creatives Producer (Remote)

SOFTGAMES is looking for an Ad Creatives Producer who combines a passion for creativity with data analysis to join our diverse and inclusive team - either fully remote or on-site in Berlin.

As an Ad Creatives Producer you will be in charge of coordinating creative development, creative testing and creative iteration across multiple game projects. Furthermore you will be providing valuable research, analysis and findings with several cross functional teams from marketing, product, business intelligence and others in order to support and deliver the highest ROI possible.

Your role:

• Coordinate creative development, creative testing and creative iteration process
• Provide creative briefs, art direction and references
• Track, analyze & share the performance of playables across multiple game projects
• Research competitors, trends and brainstorm innovative ideas
  

Your profile:

• Ability to develop and communicate detailed creative briefs
  

• Very Strong project management and team coordination skills
  

• A balance of creative and data driven skills to test, iterate and benchmark new as well as existing creatives

• Hands-on mentality, highly motivated, fast, and well-organized work approach to overcome challenges and roadblocks

• Deep understanding of mobile advertisement economics and mobile games market

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

As a Plus: Experience working with Casual mobile games (ideally with Instant games).
