As our Head of Global Platform Strategy, you serve as the strategic link between our high-growth game portfolio and the world’s leading distribution platforms. You don’t just manage partners; you orchestrate how our instant games leverage global ecosystems to reach billions of players.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead and empower 3–4 high-performance teams. You are the primary point of contact for our most influential global partners, ensuring our business relationships and platform integrations scale as rapidly as our games. You seamlessly blend operational leadership with elite stakeholder management, communicating on equal footing with the senior management of global tech giants.

Your Impact:

• Orchestrate High-Performance Teams: You lead multiple specialized teams, overseeing the operational excellence and strategic direction of our distribution efforts across all major platforms.

• Elite Stakeholder Management: You act as the primary strategic interface for our global partners, navigating complex roadmaps and driving long-term growth at the highest level.

• Platform-Product Strategy: You bridge the gap between platform evolution and our studio’s roadmap. You identify which upcoming features (APIs, social hooks, monetization tools) are essential for our success and advocate for the technical tools we need to thrive.

• Strategic Scaling: You drive the vision for how we distribute games at scale, ensuring our portfolio is perfectly positioned to capture new opportunities and market shifts.

What You Bring:

• Senior Leadership: Proven track record as a Director, Executive Producer, or Head of Partnerships/Product in a high-scale gaming or tech environment.

• Strategic Weight: Extensive experience managing diverse product portfolios and leading multiple cross-functional teams.

• Negotiation Power: You are a seasoned communicator who can navigate complex discussions and influence roadmaps at Big Tech companies.

• Product-Tech Fluency: You deeply understand the mechanics of game distribution (APIs, Storefronts, SDKs) and how to translate technical capabilities into commercial wins.
