Head of Live Games - Fully Remote

As our Head of Live Games, you are the strategic driving force behind our established titles, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. Your mission is to ensure our live portfolio remains a daily habit for millions of players while driving sustainable, year-on-year EBIT growth.

In this role, you will lead the Live Games Business Unit, comprising several agile teams, with the respective Game Producers reporting directly to you. You are the mentor and strategic counterpart for our Producers, fostering a culture of transparency and high performance that empowers your teams to identify and implement the best growth levers for their games.

Your Impact as Head of Live Games:

• Strategic Portfolio Leadership: You own the overarching strategy for our live portfolio (6+ games) across major platforms like Facebook Instant Games and others, ensuring the business unit consistently exceeds profitability targets.

• Producer Management: You lead and mentor a team of 3–5 Game Producers. You act as their strategic sparring partner, helping them navigate roadmaps and ensuring every decision (from feature priority to team structure) is optimized for both player engagement and long-term EBIT.

• Culture of Excellence: You create the environment and communication frameworks that allow Producers and their teams to independently identify the most impactful features and constantly improve.

• Resource Evolution: You plan and allocate resources with a long-term horizon. Whether building internal dream teams or leveraging strategic outsourcing partnerships, you ensure each game has the optimal setup to thrive.

• Operational Authority: You identify bottlenecks and drive necessary change (be it through personnel adjustments or structural pivots) always with a steady, communicative hand.

What You Bring:

• Leadership Experience: 8+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Studio, Executive Producer, or VP Games), with a proven track record of managing other Producers/Leads.

• The "EBIT & Soul" Balance: You are highly profit-oriented and data-driven, yet you understand that sustainable revenue is a byproduct of great player experiences.

• Expertise in Live Operations: Deep knowledge of the casual F2P gaming ecosystem (Facebook Instant Games as a plus) and how to sustain "everlasting" games.

• Empathetic Authority: You are a communication genius. You lead through empowerment and clear frameworks rather than top-down commands.
