Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
Vorbereitende Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Erstellung der Ausgangsrechnungen & Forderungsmanagement
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für den Steuerberater und den Wirtschaftsprüfer
Reisekostenmanagement
Anlagenbuchhaltung
Kassenführung & Kreditkartenabrechnungen
Aktenablage und -pflege
Zahlungsmanagement
Dokumentation und Präsentation täglicher und monatlicher Umsatzmeldungen
Erstellung von SOLL-IST-Vergleichen, Analyse und Kommentierung von Abweichungen
Prüfung und Optimierung von Kostenstellenbuchungen
Überwachung und Aufbereitung von Projektkosten
Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung neuer Projektcontrolling Prozesse
Erstellung von ad-hoc-Auswertungen für das Management
selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Koordination und Erstellung von Förderanträgen, Verfassen von Mittelabrufen sowie Abrechnung und Abwicklung von Förderprojekten
organisatorische Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung
Dein Profil:
Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung als Financial Admin / Assistant, Buchhalter/in, Accountant, Steuerfachangestellte/r, Controller/in oder Backoffice Manager/in mit Finance Fokus
DATEV-Kenntnisse (Unternehmen Online) von Vorteil
Pro-aktive, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Hohe Auffassungsgabe und Leistungsbereitschaft
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
