SOFTGAMES is looking for a Player Experience Manager (remote or Berlin) who will be the primary contact point for the players of our popular game "Solitaire Farm Seasons" on Facebook and Mobile.
The Player Experience Manager will have the important role of bridging the gap between customer and the developer team. This involves
Customer Representation - "Voice of the players"
This is an optionally remote position. No relocation to Berlin necessary - but we will support if you want to move here.
Player Communication and Social Media
Help players with any issue they experience and reimburse them if applicable
Monitor and report bugs and issues the community is experiencing
Cooperate with developers in building new/better customer service tools
Customer Representative - "Voice of the players"
Identify, track and prioritize issues to be followed up on by the development team
You will work closely with the game development team and act as stakeholder for bugs, pressing issues and community wishes
