SOFTGAMES is looking for a passionate and motivated User Acquisition Lead to join our diverse and inclusive team - either fully remote or on-site in Berlin.
As a hands-on User Acquisition Lead you will manage, build and develop a highly motivated user acquisition team and report directly to the management team. By doing so, you will lead, shape and further scale our UA strategy and direction for our existing as well as upcoming instant & mobile games. Furthermore you will work closely with cross functional teams in Product, Analytics and Engineering to deliver the highest ROI possible.
Your role:
Your profile:
5+ years expertise and knowledge of user acquisition and performance marketing strategies for mobile games across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Adjust, Google and Unity
Proven ability to effectively manage, optimize and further scale 6+ digit user acquisition budgets per month, while maximizing ROI
Great Communicator with proven ability to lead, manage and further develop a cross functional team
A balance of data-driven, analytical skills with demonstrated major volume & returns from creative development, creative testing and creative iteration
Hands-on mentality, highly motivated, fast, and well-organized work approach to overcome challenges and roadblocks
Marketing degree (Bachelors) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
As a Plus: Experience working with Casual mobile games (ideally with Instant games).
