Web Game Producer (Fully Remote)

Our multi-platform casual game SOLITAIRE HOME STORY is running successfully on several platforms - including web browsers. To bolster the further growth of our web version we are looking for an experienced Web Game Producer.

As a member of a 25-person multiplatform team - you will take charge of the vision, strategy and roadmap of the web browser version and manage a small team of dedicated developers.

The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about casual games, possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of free-to-play browser games, and talks data to make informed decisions for live operations.

Your role

• Ensuring that a game already thriving on different platforms achieves success in the open web as well

• Roadmap and feature prioritization

• Monitoring, analysis and data driven decision-making

• Combining Industry knowledge and gamer intuition

• Managing LiveOps, in-game events and sales

• Applying agile and lean production approaches

• Collaborating closely with our BI and UA

• Identifying and solving problems in a self guided way

• Working with traffic partners

• You will be reporting to the Head of Studio

Your profile

• 3 - 5 years experience in Game Production, Product Management, or related roles in the F2P games industry

• Strong web games experience

• Significant experience in running a title in the games as a service space - preferably in the casual games genre

• Understanding of User Acquisition KPIs and parameters

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making

• Comfortable and experienced with interacting and engaging remote teams

• Expert project- and team management skills, software development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA, Git or similar.

• You are an excellent communicator in English and enjoy guiding and motivating teams
